We have had some great questions, and I wanted to follow up with answers as we get geared up for our first coaching session on January 30th.

DATE AND TIME: Coaching will begin the week of January 29th on the Girl Power Community Corner, weekday and time are below on the link.

HOW DOES IT WORK? Girl Power Virtual is powered by Mighty Networks, an amazing platform for Community Building. I have a live video feed through Mighty Networks (similar to Zoom) where the girls can join me for coaching. The platform facilitates seamless connection and communication among the girls if they wish to do so. All coaching sessions will be recorded and made available in our community library! It's a really great space!!

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO TALK ABOUT? Brace yourselves, because with a track record grounded in real-life chaos as a mother of three, a seasoned Dietitian, Club Volleyball Coach, and now armed with principles from the Life Coach School and Coactive, there's no shortage of topics on my radar. Get ready for a rollercoaster of conversations, because nothing's off the table!

WHO ARE MY GUESTS? It’s a surprise! Note that the first month will be coaching with Sylvia, including introductions to the platform and my thought model. Trust me when I say the list of guest speakers will be exciting, relevant and topical! Speakers will be announced the week prior and join us on a range of topics including sports, nutrition, arts/entertainment, acting, speaking.
